The Knotheads meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the Sportsman’s Warehouse on Winchester Road (near Hacks Cross) from 6-9 p.m. Any one is welcome to stop by and tie or just hang out and visit with the Knotheads. No need to call anyone, just show up and enjoy yourself.

Want to be a Knothead but don’t know anything about tying flies.?

Join us at the Bass Pro Shop on the 2nd Monday each month to learn the basics. Spend one evening tying and you’ll be ready to join the Knotheads and start spinning deer hair and tall tales .

Participants should have basic tying skills and need to bring their own tools and material.

We often donate our flies to various raffle and fundraising events, and sometimes we even keep a few for our own personal use!

We also welcome folks who just want to watch and chat, but don’t believe anything a Knothead says.
