FREE Intro to Fly Fishing class: Saturday, June 22
Join us Saturday, June 22, for our free Introduction to Fly Fishing class. You'll learn the basics to get on the water and start catching fish. We'll have a hands-on fly casting lesson, as well as presentations on equipment, tying knots, choosing flies, finding fish and much more. This is a great way to begin your fly fishing journey or to brush up on basic skills before your next trip. This class is free and open to the public, but you must register in advance to attend. We'll provide coffee and donuts, as well as water and other refreshments. Derby Day Fishing Contest & BBQ Picnic We had a great morning at our May club meeting at Vince and Marsha Maraculio's lake and home. Bass and bream were on the fly, and we had several new members and guests join us. Thanks to everyone who made this event a great success!
